Rajiv brings with him a rich experience in Robotics and Industrial Mechanization Processes. He has headed various teams to develop embedded solutions and devices
for organizations such as Indian Railways and Tata Steel. Sharing his vast experience and exposure with budding
engineers to empower them in technical domain is his passion. He has trained faculty members, professionals
including engineers from Indian Army, Indian Railways and thousands of engineering students from over
300 engineering colleges across the nation.Know more   Abhishek Mall Abhishek is a graduate of IIT Kanpur with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He has worked with Computer Science faculty members of leading academic institutions including University of Paris before joining Deutsche Bank. Subsequently he completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta.  Reetesh Singh Reetesh is an IIT Kanpur alumnus. He has worked with leading Scientists and Researchers including Fellow of
Royal Society (FRS) and head IGR. He has won several robotics and business awards including Intel-DST and

About Us Hello! It's nice of you to take the time to get to know us better. Here are some things about us that we thought you might like to know. BRiCS is an initiative of alumni of IIT Kanpur which organizes world-class training programs for engineers. BRiCS stands for "Build Robots Create Science" and the missing "i" represents the spirit of innovation, imagination and interactivity that are so conspicuously missing in the educational process in India today. BRiCS delivers dynamic and interactive workshops which equip its participants with better practical understanding and preparation for jobs in industry. The hands-on laboratory sessions and lectures are designed based on current industry trends and draw on the rich experience of instructors and organizers. We focus on Embedded Systems, Robotics, Automation, Communication and Software Development (Web Development, Java, Image Processing, Mobile Application Development etc). BRiCS has come a long way from its origins at IIT Kanpur as a student-faculty activity in 2002. Currently, BRiCS is being run and managed by IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta alumni and is an autonomous division of Simplifix Automation & Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
